Being a genuine and government registered company we have developed some company policies so that our customers can trust us individually.This policy of our company explains the various terms and conditions that every customer and every staff member must comply with.
Our company’s first privacy policy is that we collect certain information from our customers so that we can communicate with them in the present and future. The types of personal information we gather are names, addresses, phone numbers, and mail IDs. All such information is collected by us through our website where various types of customers come and fill up their requirements according to the form.
The main purpose of collecting all this information is to update our customers periodically such as upcoming services, various offers and discounts. We also do not use this information for any other purpose or sell it to any third party organization.
All services in our company are conducted by ourselves and no third parties are involved. All furniture aisle loading and truck transfers are our own. We do not hire any employees from elsewhere nor do we hire any truckers for carrier transport.
All the items we transfer must be owned by the client, if the item is not owned by the client we cannot transfer it.Because our company does not do any public property and government property packing and moving without proper authority.
Our company takes all the payments in its own bank account and does not receive any payment into the account of any person.Our company handles payments through various payment boards such as bank transfer, internet banking, cash, cheque, UPI etc.
